📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Join our team at our newly established Regional HR Center of Expertise (CoE) specializing in Talent services! We're looking for dedicated Talent Partners to collaborate with our diverse team of HR and business professionals.
As a Talent Partner, you'll be instrumental in driving our talent acquisition and management initiatives. Your responsibilities will span from identifying and attracting top talent to facilitating internal mobility and talent development. With a focus on recruitment, you'll partner closely with HR leadership and business leaders to understand current talent needs and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:Lead talent processes, particularly recruitment, and address current talent challenges in collaboration with HR and business leaders.Drive strategic activities related to integrated talent management.Facilitate cross-organizational moves and internal career development opportunities.Utilize data-driven insights to guide hiring manager expectations and improve recruiting processes.Manage candidate communication, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.Collaborate effectively with Global Business Services (GBS) for smooth coordination with candidates and hiring managers.Conclude the selection process including offer negotiations and liaise with HRBP/line managers to understand business needs.
Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree.3-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience or relevant HRBP role experience.Strong understanding of talent management principles and recruitment best practices.Knowledge of local legislation regarding recruitment and employment requirements.Proficiency in English and other local languages as required.
