Job Responsibilities
Lead the management and maintenance of Salesforce and Workfront within the Creative team.Identify and resolve technical problems while overseeing daily operational tickets and issues.Manage system and tool enhancements and implementations to streamline creative operations.Develop user guidance documentation and conduct informative trainings for creative and cross-functional teams.Create and compile reports on creative programs and projects according to business needs.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Proficient in Salesforce and Workfront with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.Salesforce & Workfront certified.Creative thinker, process & solutions oriented, can engage an audience at any user level for trainings and discourse.
