Skills:● Enabling data management, governance, and stewardship through technology andprocess best practices● Reltio Master Data Management configuration● Reltio Integration Hub implementationRequired Experience● Strong business and technical background in the area of Master Data Management,Reference Data Management, and Master Data Governance.● 6+ years of technical experience with data integrations.● 5+ years of MDM administration and integrations experience (Reltio preferred).● 3+ years of direct experience in MDM analysis, design, development, support, andoperations with a leading MDM tool suite (Reltio preferred).● Expert-level analysis skills (within and outside data warehouse) including dataconsolidation and data management/governance.● Experience working with APIs to collect or ingest data, along with strong databaseknowledge.● Strong experience with NoSQL, API, and Mulesoft● Awareness of MDM trends, concepts, and best practices.Non-Technical/ Behavioral CompetenciesA leading candidate should possess:● Strategic mindset - conceptualize, analyze and define detailed MDM processes, tasks,data flows, and dependencies● Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate technical concepts clearly topeers and leaders● Ability to tailor messaging to different audiences● Emotional intelligence - know when to listen and when to speak up● Proven analytical and problem-solving skills● Effective task prioritization and time management skills● Bridge building skills - establish trusted and productive relationships with internal andexternal stakeholders, both business and technical● A self-starter mentality - oriented to growth and a quick learner● Low ego - a team player who prioritizes collective success over personal achievement● Comfort and confidence working under stringent deadlines in a matrixed organization● Willingness and desire to contribute to overall organizational health and innovation bycontributing to activities adjacent to formal job duties
Job Responsibilities● Design title master data hierarchies and reference data.● Identify Data Mapping impacts and socialize deliverables and macro/micro designcomponents with relevant technical partners/leaders/stakeholders.● Contribute to the development of MDM strategy and roadmap.● Resolution of complex data relationships and data cleansing scenarios.● Own and aggressively drive forward MDM and data governance best practices.● Develop data integration processes using the integration platform.● Create business solutions that utilize the platform and ensure high-quality and scalablesolutions.● Work with the Enterprise Architecture team on standards, product roadmap, andarchitecture decisions based on the enterprise best practices, in a self-directed manner,throughout the project lifecycle.● Drive excellence and ensure continuous improvement in the quality of deliverables.
