POSITION OVERVIEW:As the Director of Business Development and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the firm. In collaboration with our senior leadership team, you will lead a high-performance team, driving business growth, fostering strong client relationships, and developing creative marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s vision and goals using our client relationship management (CRM) program CEDynamics.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.Client Relationships: Oversee the management of our Relationship Business Development program, positioning our experts to be “at the right place, at the right time” to engage our current clients and attract new clients.Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.Brand Enhancement: Elevate and strengthen the firm’s brand through targeted marketing initiatives, thought leadership, and innovative campaigns.

Qualifications:Proven Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in business development and marketing leadership roles within a professional services industry.Strategic Thinker: A visionary leader with a track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
