WEBB is currently seeking a Senior Engineer to work in our Water Resources Department. This position offers a hybrid work schedule. We are looking for enthusiastic leaders who are committed to life-long learning and always expanding their knowledge of their discipline. ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage multiple projectsKnowledge and expertise in planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater projects, pipelines, pump stations, reservoirs, and treatment facilitiesAbility to communicate with agencies and clients effectivelyMust adhere to and follow all firm-wide policies and procedures as they relate to human resources management, project management, financial management, client relations, quality assurance and control, and business developmentAbility to research, analyze, and present technical performance and project measuresManage multiple projects with strict adherence to budgets and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentMust be detail oriented with excellent organization and project management skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding annual personal performance goals (i.e. leads by example)Track record of successful staff integration and team building at multiple levels of managementRegistered engineer in the state of California
RequirementsBachelors of Science in Civil EngineeringProficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3DExcellent technical, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to work independently on several concurrent projects and participate in the entire design processAbility to supervise multiple employees and projects, and work in a team environmentGood working knowledge of public agency standards and guidelinesGood understanding and working knowledge of all plans, reports, studies, etc. required for land development projectsTechnically proficient in all aspects of water resources design
