We are currently hiring a Manufacturing Business Analyst for our sunny Irvine, California site. We are looking for a dynamic, inspiring, energetic Business Analyst who collaborates, knowing that diverse talent, skills, and perspectives lead to better outcomes. A Day in the Life

As a Manufacturing Business Analyst, you are responsible for timely modeling and reporting for production support in the manufacturing of high-quality medical devices. You will be responsible for collecting data and then analyzing it to make improvements to the manufacturing process. Data reporting and training of the business intelligent system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate trends and provide analytical solutionsUse SAP/BI to anticipate issues and implement preemptive solutionsCross functionally lead projects and teams within area of responsibilityResponsible for coaching peers in areas of expertiseDevelops, enhances, and/or analyzes reports for manufacturingAnalyze ERP data and take appropriate action as neededDevelop appropriate relationships with key partners to meet business needs.Appropriately communicate significant issues to internal customersCollects data for analysis and makes recommendations for improvement within the manufacturing processesProvide BI training and data analysis reporting, with continuous improvementsDesign and implement methods to capture supply chain dataResponsible for modeling sophisticated manufacturing scenariosProduction Admin support as needed to support day-to-day activities

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs.; Assoc.+4 yrs.)The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in EnglishWork hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5pmTravel Requirements: No travelRelocation assistance & Sponsorship: Not available
