Job Description :5+ years’ experience working as a senior technical writer / video producer.Experience creating technical documentation, diagrams, lab manuals, installation instructions, and screencast videos for custom web, cloud, mobile, and desktop products and applications.Experience creating screencast videos for custom web, cloud, mobile, and desktop products and applications.Experience in publishing videos to YouTubeBA in Journalism, Writing, Computer Science, or Information Systems or equivalent requiredExperience branding documentation and videos to match corporate style guidelines.Experience in making screencast videos to market and demonstrate products and systems.Strong understanding of video, web, multimedia, and emerging technologies.Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of video production and design.Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical and non-technical issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProactive work approach and the ability to lead and make informed decisions.Nice To Have Job SkillsExperience working with offshore development teamsExperience working with Office 365 and SharePoint and AzureRequired Technical SkillsMicrosoft Office – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
