Senior Revenue Analyst
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. This role involves various revenue analytics tasks such as creating journal entries, conducting analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. We need someone with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. You should also be adept at presenting financial information and analytics clearly and understandably.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, including detailed analysis to explain variances and results.- Support data aggregation, validation, and mapping to ensure accuracy in results.- Participate in Affiliate revenue results conference calls and offer insights on revenue and AR shifts.- Conducted revenue analysis and communicated findings effectively to finance leadership through verbal and written communication.- Evaluate financial performance using both individual and consolidated financial metrics.- Contribute to evaluating current processes and suggesting efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness improvements.- Maintain confidentiality regarding financial information and investment decisions.
Requirements:Education:- Bachelor's degree in accounting (required)- Master's Degree (preferred)
Experience and Skills:- Minimum of 3 years overall finance experience, with at least 3 years in Healthcare Revenue Recognition and Analytics.- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to engage in effective business partnering and collaboration across multiple departments.- Experience in updating reports/dashboards and providing analysis.- Familiarity with Business Intelligence software, with a minimum of 1 year experience in PowerBI strongly preferred.
