📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for an Associate Account Manager to join the team at ALINED Consulting Group, LLC. This position is located in Chicago and all employees work in a hybrid office environment. ALINED started in early 2021 and we are growing quickly. We are an IT Consulting company, and our mission is to show organizations and people what a true partnership should feel like. The Account Manager will start by training as a Technical Recruiter within our Staffing vertical. During this time, they will learn the ins and outs of IT skillsets, client relationships, and business principles while managing the entire recruiting life cycle for contract, permanent placement, and consulting engagements. Once promoted to Account Manager, they will begin servicing accounts in Chicago and across the US.
