HR/Fleet/Safety Assistant

Responsibilities

HRAssist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and dutiesProvide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executiveHelp maintain employee recordsSubmit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews, help with employee onboardingAssist in creating policies, processes, and documentsFleetSchedule maintenance and repairs on vehiclesResearch and help purchase of company vehiclesTrack vehicle milesHelp add/renew vehicle insurance/registrationAdd drivers to insuranceSafetyCommunicate with our safety consultant to assist in setting up inspections, safety trainings, toolbox talks, etc.Investigate accidents and incidentsIdentify and correct potential hazardsMaintain records of safety violations and accidentsAssist in developing safety policies and procedures

Requirements:- Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar role- Proficient in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
