All America Threaded Products has an opportunity available for a Quality Control Supervisor! The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually and is eligible for our full benefits Package, including health, dental, life, and 401k. The Workweek for this position Full-Time, (40 hours per week) 9:00AM – 5:30PM. This position will work on-site at our facility in Lancaster.

Starting Pay Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually.

Shift: 9:00AM – 5:30PM, Monday – Friday.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

All America Threaded Products is a leading manufacturer of threaded products, we are currently seeking a Quality Control Supervisor. This position is responsible for the quality activities that support manufacturing and shipping processes to ensure products meet customer requirements at the Lancaster Plant. The currently consists of 3 people, including the team leader.

The team’s responsibilities include:

Support quality activities related to shipping, pick and pack, tubing, packing and manufacturing. Perform inspections at each stage of the product processing. Perform audits to ensure adherence to customer requirements. Perform critical quality checks. Work with Shipping/ Inventory management on processing Returns /incoming inspection/outside service inspections. Support warehouse activities to avoid late delivery to customers. Perform additional duties as requested by Plant Manager.

Who we are seeking in an applicant

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of quality control experience in a leadership position. Other qualifications include:

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Familiarity with root cause investigations, such as “5 Why” method. Proficient using gauges, tape measures, and other basic hand tools. Ability to document production and quality standards information. Familiarity with and willingness to adhere to warehouse and manufacturing safety standards. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and interact in a physically demanding position. Willingness to spend most of the day on your feet. What we value most of all is a good attitude and punctuality.
