Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role as a Form, Fill, and Seal Market Development Manager at All American Poly. The Market Development Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks related to market analysis, business planning, market planning, market research, and new business development. This role is based in Piscataway, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work.
QualificationsExperience in Form, Fill and Seal flexible packaging (material, equipment, technical) is a must.Market Analysis and Market Research skills.Business Planning, Program Development and Sales Implementation experience.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years' experience
