Role Responsibilities:As a Construction Estimator with our client, you will:Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and project requirements.Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.Utilize estimating software and tools to streamline the estimation process and ensure accuracy.Evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals to determine the most cost-effective solutions for the project.Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and services.Present cost estimates to clients and stakeholders and address any questions or concerns.Maintain accurate records of cost estimates, change orders, and project documentation.
