Role Responsibilities
As a Construction Superintendent with our client, you will:Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project schedule and quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and address project requirements.Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for all personnel.Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and change orders.Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or inquiries.
