Position Overview:As a dedicated recruiter working closely with our client, we are currently seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to join their team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with extensive experience in office building construction, particularly in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:Lead the oversight of interior construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety standards.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain project timelines and deliverables.Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality control and safety protocols.Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to achieve project objectives.Manage project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities where applicable.
