Are you an experienced Construction Superintendent seeking a new and exciting opportunity in an excellent General Contractor.
Look no further! We are currently partnering with a leading General Contractor to fill the position of Superintendent based near Syracuse. This is a great company to work for who have consistently landed repeat business from some very prestigious, well known clients and they also have fantastic staff retention!

Key Responsibilities:· Oversee commercial construction projects with a focus on projects including retail, industrial, universities, schools, colleges, mixed-use, and more.· Manage Ground up and renovation projects.· Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful execution and timely completion.· Utilize expertise in commercial construction to contribute to project success.
Qualifications:· Proven experience in commercial construction, with a preference for those with exposure to school or university projects.· Background in ground-up or fit-out projects, ideally both.· Previous experience in a commercial General Contractor role.· Strong leadership and organizational skills.
