📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
WHO we need:The ideal candidate for this position is an individual who has a minimum of 2 years experience in Title Insurance & Escrow processes, procedures, and policies.
We are seeking someone who is energized at work with skills like proactive communication, problem solving, detail oriented, critical thinking, questioning the status quo, making confident/independent decisions based on job knowledge, choosing to have growth mindset, genuinely exhibiting customer care and EQ (Emotional Intelligence to understand/relate to others), and assisting the Escrow Officer to close deals one time. The right candidate is polished and professional in communication, attire, and experience.

WHEN & WHERE you work:Our work environment is collaborative, relaxed, fun, and we don't have silos because we are a TEAM who has a passion for the work we do and care for our customers. This position is in Fayetteville, Arkansas and provides resources/equipment to work a hybrid schedule between in office and remote work. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
