We are looking for a Finance Accounting Associate to join our team! The Finance Accouniting Associate supports the Finance and Accounting functions for the organization. If this is you, or you like a challenge– let’s talk.

You will

Calculate and distribute monthly incentive reports to office managers for eligible employees Complete training of ALC’s commission software,Distribute monthly incentive payout calculations to HR by the monthly deadlineGenerate monthly performance metrics and reports for ALC’s incentive program Assist other members of the Finance Department in completing tasks for monthly financial close process in accordance with company’s period close calendarAudit and allocate monthly Momentum, DAT, Macropoint, Lyft, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Syncada, Indeed and other assigned AP invoicesManage and maintain the Wireless Lines Record Work together with other members of the Finance Department as a cohesive and coordinated team.Maintain confidentiality of informationDeliver exceptional customer serviceUphold the company standard following the company principles of Customer, Company, Office

Skills And Experience

Self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who excels in a fast-paced environmentADVANCED Excel skillsCost and/or managerial accounting experience highly preferred Excellent and effective communication skills Strong customer service orientation and excellent work ethicAbility to quickly process information and make decisionsExcellent time-management skills with the ability to multitaskHighly organized and detail-orientedAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
