Data Entry Clerk - Contract
Our client is looking for a great team to support their seasonal data entry and customer service needs. Do you have good computer skills, and are you detail oriented? Do you have any experience assisting with accounts payable and/or receivable? If you are looking for an excellent contract opportunity through August, this could be the job for you!
$17 per hour M-F, 8-5 Contract through August On-site - Grandview area
Duties
Enter key information regarding customers in computer systems Use MS Excel for specific data entry tracking and MS Outlook for emails Pull numbers from multiple platforms to compare information Generate email correspondence as needed Make calls as needed to clarify information Entering information related to accounts payable and/or accounts receivable
Background required
Excellent data entry and computer skills Experienced with Outlook, and basic MS Office Skills Responsibilities to maintain a consistent work schedule of M-F, 8-5 Experience assisting with accounts payable or accounts receivable
