Transcription Master: Provide extensive dictation support for one or more attorneys. Mail Maestro: Open and manage mail for assigned lawyers and legal assistants. Financial Factotum: Assist with client billing, subscriptions, travel, expenses, and reimbursements. Legal Logistics: Make legal document reproductions, schedule appointments, and manage digital matter files. Courtroom Coordinator: File documents with courts, manage records and projects, and maintain calendars.
Qualifications & Experience
Tort Specialist: Minimum 5 years experience supporting litigation in the tort practice area. Detail & Drafting Dynamo: Superb accuracy and speed in typing, drafting, and editing documents. Organization Ace: Expert file management, including opening new matters and maintaining complete documentation. Digital Filing Ninja: Skilled in e-filing legal documents across multiple jurisdictions. Communication King/Queen: Excellent communication with vendors, experts, lawyers, and opposing counsel.
Salary: $54,000- $70,000/year
