We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing IT Systems Administrator to join our team and provide advanced technical support for our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Noblesville, IN. If you possess in-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, coupled with effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.
Duties
Provide advanced technical support, installation, and configuration services primarily through inbound ServiceNow tickets on IT-provided solutions and infrastructure connectivity enabling plant production. Utilize extensive experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical manufacturing-related problems, both desk-side and remotely, encompassing hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, qualify, and provide expert support for lab and manufacturing-focused IT products and solutions, ensuring seamless operation within the pharmaceutical manufacturing plant systems.
Summary
Technical Proficiency: Possess a two-year technical or Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related discipline, with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred. Demonstrated success in a manufacturing environment supporting role for 6 or more years, with proven expertise in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with a global IT organization and coordinating technical support efforts. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in using Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Certified Professional or equivalent experience, fundamental network knowledge, and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Office 365. Experience with imaging, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computers in a managed Windows network environment is required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in system administration, including Office 365 and Active Directory, knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, experience with VMWare virtualization software, experience supporting manufacturing control systems, and familiarity with GxP related activities are preferred.
Salary: $65,000 -$74,000
