Join our team as a Program Coordinator specializing in creating and maintaining forms and templates using Adobe, ensuring accuracy, ADA compliance, and optimal information validity. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all forms and templates are ADA-compliant and accurate. This role involves managing other duties while spearheading the creation and upkeep of crucial program documents, focusing on detail-oriented tasks and technical expertise.
Duties
Develop and update program-specific forms and templates using Adobe software, ensuring adherence to ADA compliance standards and accuracy of information. Manage and maintain a comprehensive tracking system for program assets, including fleet cars, computer equipment, devices, and supplies assigned to staff, streamlining inventory processes. Collaborate with program stakeholders to identify and create forms tailored to their specific needs, ensuring usability and compliance.
Qualifications
Proficient in Adobe software suite, especially in creating and modifying forms and templates. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and ADA compliance in all documentation. Responsibilities to organize and maintain comprehensive tracking systems for various program assets. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with program stakeholders and optimize processes.
