Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster
Responsibilities
Responsibilities to analyze data and reports for trends, pattern analysis and financial exposure. Knowledge of legal issues and liability related to workers' compensation injuries. High level of knowledge of the worker's compensation industry and claims processes, reporting and regulatory requirements. Excellent research and investigative skills. Responsibilities to clearly express and synthesize case facts, decisions, and rationale. Manage claim process from receipt to adjudication (cradle to grave). Responsibilities to provide a high level of customer service while working in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated attention to detail with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Requirements
College degree or equivalent training plus a minimum of 5+ years of workers' compensation claims experience. Lost time investigation experience required Understanding of compensability required Thorough experience in the investigation process required Direct experience with a TPA, Insurance Company, or business that self-administers WC Claims
