We re seeking a Sr. Workday HCM Manager to lead their HR technology transformation. This key role requires a Workday expert who can configure the system, develop reports and dashboards, and streamline HR processes. As a leader and self-starter, you will collaborate across departments to automate tasks, adopt best practices, and eliminate redundancies. A deep understanding of Workday and strong project management skills are essential for success.
Duties
Workday HCM Expertise: Lead strategic planning, be the subject matter expert, and configure all Workday HCM modules. Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve HR processes through Workday functionalities. Reporting and Analytics: Design, configure, and test reports to analyze data and ensure compliance. Change Management: Track, authorize, and implement Workday modifications efficiently. User Enablement: Develop training materials and promote self-service through Workday features.
Experience
Bachelor's degree + 5+ years' experience: In HR, Business, or IT, with 5+ years specifically in Workday HCM (post-implementation or administration). Workday Expertise: Deep understanding of Workday HCM modules and architecture. Proven HRIS Background: 5-7 years of experience in HR information systems. Strong Skills: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment: Adaptable and maintains confidentiality in a dynamic work setting.
Salary: $120,000-$140,000
