We're not your average company, and we need a Systems Engineer who isn't either. We're looking for a passionate tech whiz to join our growing crew and become the hero of our IT infrastructure. You'll be a strategist, a problem-solver, and a wizard of automation.
What you'll do
You'll join a small team to implement professional services, mastering new tech and adapting existing methods to solve problems. You'll contribute to improving products and services by presenting information and participating in meetings. You'll be involved in pre-sales technical consulting, creating technical documents and project scopes. You'll configure, deploy, troubleshoot various Windows server and network technologies (Hyper-V, AD, RDS etc.). You'll provide technical support, including scripting, equipment configuration, software updates, and client communication.
How you'll stand out:
Technical Expertise:Minimum of an Associate's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience/certifications) with 3+ years of server administration experience, including Windows Server technologies (AD, DNS, RDS, Hyper-V, Failover Cluster). Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and peripheral device configuration is a plus. Problem-Solving Skills:Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and diagnostics skills are essential. Communication & Documentation:Excellent written and technical writing skills for documenting technical processes in detail. Teamwork & Efficiency:Responsibilities to work well in a team environment, meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Growth Mindset (Preferred):Experience with WatchGuard firewalls and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field are valued additions. Salary- $75,000
