Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to solicit technical requirements, design and execute targeted recruitment strategies, and deliver expected results within established SLAs.
Source, assess, and recruit top-notch technology professionals through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and industry partnerships.
Business Liaison
Act as a technical liaison between the business units and the recruitment team, ensuring a thorough understanding of technology needs and priorities.
Collaborate with department heads to align recruitment efforts with overall business goals.
Candidate Engagement
Engage with the tech community and technology ecosystems to cultivate potential candidates, providing them with a comprehensive understanding of our company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit within the organization.
Process Optimization
Continuously review and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide recommendations for improvements based on industry and technology best practices and feedback from internal stakeholders.
Data Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to track the success of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in business operations or recruitment, with a focus on technology roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and technology platforms.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
