Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Title Clerk opening! This temp to hire opportunity offers full time hours, 9a-5p, Mon-Fri. Pay is $22.00-24.00/hr based on experience.
Responsibilities:Coordinate closing actions between lenders, agents, and buyers for real estate transactionsExplain costs and answer questionsGather all required documents needed for sale and prepare for signingPerform calculations such as tax prorations and cash needed to close for settlementEnsure numbers are properly balanced
Candidates must have past title experience and be extremely detail oriented. Experience using Soft Pro title software is a plus.
