📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
SummaryAllied Resources has two openings for a Senior Electrical Engineer in the Baltimore, MD area! We are looking for candidates that have experience in the Electric Utility industry performing functions such as Protection & Controls, Relay Settings, Substation Engineering, or Distribution Engineering/ Design. ResponsibilitiesProvide engineering design, plans, analysis, and solutions related to high-voltage infrastructure, including overhead & underground lines, as well as substations.Work in a variety of engineering functions to enhance system performance & availability, along with analyzing & crafting design packages for adding/modifying systems, components, or standards.Prepare cost estimates and aid in evaluating bids & material procurement contracts.Review design documentation to ensure adherence to design criteria or standards.Qualifications BS in Electrical Engineering4+ years of experience in the Electric Utility/Power (or related) industryFamiliar with Engineering & Design Software such as AutoCAD, CAPE, ASPEN, ETAP, etc. Allied Resources complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) affirmative action laws and regulations.
