Compliance Manager

Allied Universal® is hiring a Compliance Manager. The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance of internal policies for the onboarding and maintenance of all active subcontractor and independent contractor files. All subcontractor, law enforcement agency, and independent contractors that fall under the RACS Threat Detection Emergency Response (TDER) division will be reviewed for compliance with AUS policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Ensure all independent, subcontractor vendor and W2 files are complete and accurateEnter all independent, subcontractor and W2 critical compliance information into tracking systemFollow up on incorrect/missing documentation and escalate as necessaryEnsure proper insurance documentation for subcontractor vendors maintaining electronic files and logs for audit complianceDevelop and implement the Quarterly audit of contractor files to include insurance documentation for subcontractor vendorsFollow-up with operational team members and facilitate resolution of outstanding issues regarding subcontractor or independent contractor onboardingDevelop process for ensuring review of independent contractor compliance annuallyCreate, update, interpret, and implement policies and procedures related to ensuring compliance with company standards as well as federal, state, or local laws

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in security operations, law enforcement, military, business, human resources, training, compliance, safety management, and/or licensingDemonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlinesHighly proficient and fully functional in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technologyProfessional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretionOutstanding oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Criminal justice, business administration, finance, or related field of study
