Join Our Team as an Expert Technical Lead in Oakland, CA (Hybrid Work) We're looking for a talented Expert Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Oakland, CA. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to guide the technical direction of our projects, lead a team of talented engineers, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality data solutions.
Location: Oakland, CAWork Type: HybridPay: Up to $215K (different pay range for specific locations) Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and architectural principles. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Project Planning and Execution: Utilize your experience in Agile environments to lead project planning and execution. Architecture and Design: Drive process design, information modeling, and system solution architecture development in areas such as Cloud Architecture, Data Management, Microservices, Security, or Infrastructure technologies. Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in project delivery through strategic planning and problem-solving. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Knowledge of SAP, Cloud Technologies, and GIS is a plus. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
