Job descriptionThis is a full-time, US-based position. This position can be fully remote.Step Up Social is a venture-backed social media agency born out of a dorm room that specializes in TikTok and Instagram Reels marketing. We plan to become the world's largest short-form video agency by 2025.
Role OverviewWe're seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Director to join our team: in this role, you would have the opportunity to oversee communication for 30 key client social media accounts. This role is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of social media play a pivotal part in our growth story, and has significant room for rapid career advancement.If you're passionate about social media, are ready to train and lead others, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Oversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts.Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business and social media goals.Work closely with our creative and strategy teams to develop and execute effective social media campaigns.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to optimize results.Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.3+ years of experience in account management in a digital agency setting.Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.TikTok and Instagram Reels experience preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Salary RangeThe salary range for candidates based in the United States is $75,000 - $85,000 based on experience and job performance.
