Job Summary

This role specializes in the delivery of successful software implementation to our clients. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and technical, with experience in MS SQL, working alongside business analysts, implementation specialists and QA analysts. Candidate must be motivated to learn new skills and technology, as well as focused on the client experience - helping our clients achieve the best possible outcome for their business.

This role can be worked in a hybrid capacity near any of our US (NYC, Miami, San Diego) or UK (London) offices.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure the software to meet business requirementsUnderstand the clients’ business need related to the software and provide consultative solutionsUnderstand the functional impact of various configuration options and offer recommendationsCollaborate with internal team: Business Analysts, Technical Solutions, QA, ProductBuild product knowledge through training, self-directed research / testing, and working with senior team membersCreate custom reports using advanced query writing skillsImplement interfaces to third party systems using XSLT, XML, and SQL technologiesDevelop an expertise within our provided software solutions, and be able to communicate and train others with that expertise, both internally and externallyProduce documentation appropriate for both a technical and business facing audienceDemonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

Proficiency with SQL, T-SQL or other direct coding experience, and a willingness to work primarily within MS SQL ServerStrong understanding of Private Credit/ABL/CLO or Trade Portfolio/Investment Compliance preferred Financial software implementation/ project management / business analysis / system delivery experience preferredDesire to learn new skills, technology platforms and further finance knowledgeExceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and be adept at listening and soliciting feedbackAbility to thrive in a fast-moving environment and successfully manage multiple competing prioritiesDetail-oriented & strong work ethicExcellent problem-solving abilities

Education/Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
