Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain computerized inventory and order tracking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Process and accurately input data related to IT assets, incoming shipments, and outgoing deliveries.Prioritize and execute tasks effectively on a daily basis, with a constant focus on SLA adherence.Assist in the coordination and scheduling of deliveries and pickups, optimizing logistics operations across regions.Prepare various reports and documents as required to support asset management processes.Maintain meticulous records and files to ensure compliance and facilitate auditing processes.Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address any issues and optimize asset management processes.Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental objectives and organizational needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.Previous experience in a warehouse or asset management role is highly desirable.Proficiency in computer hardware and systems, basic data entry, and asset/inventory management software.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability in data analytics to extract meaningful insights.Proven problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Basic knowledge of IT assets; prior IT experience is advantageous.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
