Job Summary: The Windows L2 Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in Windows operating systems and related technologies. Jira , ServiceNow … etc3+ years of experience in Windows server administration and support.Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.This role involves resolving escalated technical issues, implementing system upgrades and patches, and ensuring the smooth operation of Windows-based systems and applications.Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support for Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues. Manage and administer Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.Perform system upgrades and patches on Windows servers and workstations.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot performance issues as needed.Implement and maintain security measures to protect Windows-based systems from vulnerabilities and threats.Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Windows systems with other technologies and platforms.Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.Industry certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or equivalent are a plus.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
