We have a Fulltime/Perm role available with my direct client, where, in addition to a base salary, you will have access to health/medical/dental benefits, PTO, and much more.Role Overview:The person would be working with Investment team for a major Insurance client. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Actuarial /Financial modeling and a strong understanding of the BFSI and Investment instruments.The person should be able to create/help build a mapping exercise for the investment data coming from various sources.Should have hands on experience of few years with SQL, should be able to create business logic.Advance level knowledge of MS Excel.Should be independently able to conduct data analysis on results produced by financial models.The person would be required to create automated upload templates that would be loaded to subledger/ledger.The person will be responsible for testing and implementing the new/updated regulatory requirements.The person should be able to quickly understand the business issues and data challenges and propose solutions.A suitable candidate should have 9+ years of experience and 7+ years in a similar role and should possess a go-getter attitude. The Candidate should be able to deal with ambiguity.Experience in Re-insurance preferred.

Candidate Profile:Experience in Clearwater Accounting platform or similar investment accounting platform is a must haveBachelor’s/master's degree in finance, Investments, actuarial science5-7+ years’ experience in Life Insurance/ReinsuranceKnowledge of other investment-related software and tools (Bloomberg, Aladdin etc.) is preferred.Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.Strong and in-depth understanding of insurance industryStrong and in-depth understanding of investment instruments
