As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do Here

Dive into the heart of our operations, meticulously auditing protocols, reports, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regulatory standards and internal procedures. Conduct phase inspections of ongoing study activities, providing real-time feedback and support to ensure seamless compliance throughout the process. Perform comprehensive facility audits, ensuring every department operates in full compliance with regulatory requirements, leaving no stone unturned in our pursuit of excellence. Oversee and actively participate in audits to maintain departmental consistency, fostering a culture of compliance and excellence at every level. Prepare, issue, and meticulously track reports detailing observations noted during audits and inspections, ensuring transparency and accountability at all times. Utilize your expertise to identify, evaluate, and implement best practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation across all facets of our operations. Take the lead in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs, serving as a mentor and resource for new and junior staff members, ensuring our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel. Engage in effective collaboration and negotiation with employees, clients, and management, gaining support and buy-in for quality assurance initiatives and representing QA interests in various workgroups.

What You'll Need To Succeed

Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience, providing you with a solid foundation for success in this role. Two to three years of related technical experience and/or training, including a minimum of two years of auditing experience in a GLP-regulated environment, ensuring you bring valuable expertise to our team from day one. Professional certification such as RQAP-GLP or ASQ-CQA is recommended, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and adherence to the highest industry standards.
