EMR Implementation Manager

Position Overview: The Implementation Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the seamless transition of new SAS customers from onboarding to launch. This role requires meticulous project management skills, effective communication, and a keen understanding of our clients' needs in the post-acute care and rehab facilities space. The Implementation Manager will coordinate various aspects of the implementation process, including scheduling launch calls, managing onboarding tasks, planning the rollout, and facilitating customer training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management:• Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new SAS customers, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and adherence to project timelines.• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, tasks, and dependencies.• Proactively identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to address them.• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.• Oversee a team of Implementation Specialists.
• Onboarding Coordination:• Serve as the main point of contact for new customers during the onboarding phase, guiding them through the process and addressing any questions or concerns.• Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.• Ensure that all necessary documentation and agreements are completed accurately and on time.
• Launch Planning:• Schedule and facilitate launch calls with key stakeholders from both our organization and the customer's team.• Collaborate with the customer to customize the implementation plan based on their specific needs and requirements.• Coordinate the setup and configuration of the SAS platform to align with the customer's workflow and preferences.

• Rollout Execution:• Oversee the deployment of the SAS solution across the customer's organization, including software installation, data migration, and integration with existing systems.
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting assistance during the rollout phase to address any technical or operational challenges.• Conduct regular check-ins with the customer to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
• Customer Training:• Develop and deliver training materials and resources tailored to the customer's role and level of expertise.• Conduct interactive training sessions, both onsite and remotely, to educate users on how to effectively utilize the SAS platform.• Offer ongoing support and guidance to help customers maximize the value of their investment in our solution.

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field (preferred).• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare or technology setting.• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.• Proficiency in using project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana.• Knowledge of SAS (Software as a Service) solutions and experience working with EMR systems is a plus.
