Job Purpose:We are seeking a dedicated Research Scientist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will delve into cutting-edge research, design benchmarks, and agent architectures, and conduct experiments to advance our AI technologies. We are seeking someone who is not just skilled in AI and machine learning, but also thrives on creative, out-of-the-box thinking. This role is for someone eager to challenge the status quo and push the boundaries of what's possible in AI, contributing to our mission of building advanced, versatile digital humans.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough research and review relevant scientific papers.Develop and design benchmarks for evaluating AI performance.Create and iterate on agent architectures to enhance AI capabilities.Run experiments to test hypotheses and improve agent functionalities.Collaborate with a cross-functional team to align research goals with company objectives.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and related fields.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven research experience in a relevant computational field.Proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI research, particularly Python.Strong familiarity with machine learning, especially in areas like computer vision, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, or robotics.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to complex challenges.Strong analytical and exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions and approaches beyond traditional methods.
Employment Type and Work Hours:This is a full-time position. While the salary is based on a standard work week, our startup culture often involves extended work hours.
