We are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Manager, Testing & Optimization to join our Marketing Insights and Analytics Team within the Consumer Experience Organization. The position is based out of Richmond, VA, and we are open to remote work arrangements.
What you will be doing:Developing and managing Enterprise Learning Agenda that ties to key marketing performance indicatorsCollaborating and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to centralize and prioritize testing efforts across the marketing ecosystemLeveraging analytic expertise to consult on test strategy and develop test design parameters to maximize impact of A/B testsDeveloping training and best practice materials to foster a test and learn cultureIdentifying technologies and developing analytic tools to streamline test and learn effortsLeveraging insights and dashboards to identify A/B testing opportunities What we’d like you to have:Bachelor's Degree in analytics, marketing, or related field5+ years of relevant professional experience, such as marketing analytics, digital marketing and/or database marketingExperience with designing, executing and analyzing A/B testsProficiency with the SQL programming language is required; Python is a plusWorking knowledge of Adobe marketing suite is preferred (AEM, Target, Campaign, Analytics)Effective communication skills to articulate analytical techniques and insights across a variety of audiencesAbility to work independently with cross-functional stakeholdersDemonstrable strategic thinking skills In addition to the opportunity to apply and develop your skills toward key business objectives, we offer an excellent compensation package including a competitive base salary, comprehensive health/vision/dental insurance, participation in our deferred profit sharing and incentive compensation programs as well as a relocation assistance package.

Total RewardsThe starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $97,900.00 - $142,000.00 / annually.
