Altura is actively recruiting for our internship program, and we are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing within a growing B2B firm, providing professional marketing services for engineering in the built environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong communication skills, and is enthusiastic about contributing to the growth and success of our company.

You’ll work with our team across a variety of initiatives and projects during your tenure, with an assigned mentor and specific goals which will be reported on at the end of the internship. Your contributions will help drive meaningful energy and environmental performance improvements in the built environment at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Altura's services and brand.Coordinating the research, planning, and of networking events, industry conferences, and other promotional activities.Support the development of engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.Assist with marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.Conduct research and analysis to track the performance of marketing efforts and provide insights for optimization.Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and innovative approaches to marketing.

Desired Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms. Adobe design programs and Salesforce CRM understanding is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges.

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Duration: 10 weeks (June 10th - August 16th)

Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week); at least 3 days in office

Compensation: $20/hour
