Production Supervisor

Ambassador Personnel is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Lincoln, NH area. This is a direct hire opportunity with benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, sick, tuition reimbursement and 401k with a company match. The idea candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop production schedules and to maximize utilization of equipment for minimum set-up and maximum operating conditions.Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Supports merit review program and employee bid process.Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigning duties.Interfaces with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met.Inspects and measures parts and products to verify conformance to specifications.Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.Recommends and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product. Eliminates waste and develops cost reductions thorough tooling modifications, planned maintenance, etc.Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.

QualificationsBachelor's degree with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment or 7-10 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficient in Excel, SAP is a plusStrong communication skillsStrong problem solving skills
