Compensation: $83,000-$105,000 per year. You are eligible to a Short-Term Incentive Plan with the target at 5% of your annual earnings, terms and conditions apply.
Cloud Engineer I- Remote, USA
We are seeking an AWS Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an AWS Cloud Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and managing cloud-based applications and services using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Your expertise will contribute to the successful deployment and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure.
Essential Functions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and design cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS.Deploy, manage, and maintain cloud applications, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization.Work closely with DevOps teams to address performance bottlenecks and enhance system reliability.Collaborate with software development teams to build and deploy cloud-native applications.Stay up to date with AWS services, best practices, and industry trends. Propose and implement enhancements to optimize our cloud environment.Maintain clear and concise documentation related to cloud architecture, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experienceProficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, iAM, Lambda, and VPC.Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.Familiarity with containerization and serverless architecture.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred
Master's degreeAWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or other relevant certifications are a plus

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
