This position will be responsible for providing program management oversight of large scale initiatives within Flight and Inflight Training operations.

What You'll Do

Oversee large scale initiatives within the Flight Ops, Flight Training, and Inflight Training organizations, starting with implementation of new Training Management System for Pilots and Flight AttendantsCollaborate closely with IT, Product Managers, Product Owners and Business Owners to ensure successful implementationIdentify risks in implementation schedule and establish solutionsWork closely with outside vendors to drive accountability and ensure successProvide regular project updates to Leadership , escalate issues, and drive decisions Initiate and monitor change management process to ensure our Pilots, Flight Attendants, Instructors, and support groups are prepared for changeIdentify synergies and efficiencies in systems used by both Inflight and Flight Training groups

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelor's degree in relevant field 3 years experience in Flight Training, Influght Training, Crew Scheduling, Crew Planning or supporting IT teams
