What You'll Do
Develops and maintains crew staffing models to analyze workkforce requirements and provide accurate crew staffing forecastsIdentifies, analyzes, and recommends solutions to manpower planning challenges and develop strategies to optimize staffingEvaluates operational and financial implications of strategic changes including, but not limited to, flying schedule, labor contract provisions, regulatory provisions, and technologyCompletes ad-hoc projects and analyses as assignedWork collaboratively with various teams across the crew domain (Crew Planning, Crew Scheduling, Inflight, IOC, Finance, etc.) to develop innovative and insightful solutions to improve crew performance
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience/training

Experience with SQLExperience with PythonExperience with Power BI, AlteryxWorking knowledge of probability, statistics, and forecasting techniques Understanding and familiarity with unions and contractsExperience in airline operations
