We are currently seeking qualified applicants to work as a Business Banker/Commercial Lender at our Colorado Springs, CO Banking Center.
A Business Banker is active in the community and works in a professional work environment. They will be responsible for soliciting and servicing a variety of commercial loans and also interview applicants and recommend approval of applications for loans. A success Business Banker will follow through on borrower needs and analyze applicant financial status and credit to determine feasibility of granting the loan. A sincere and conscientious approach while maintaining compliance to policy is needed to be successful.
Essential Job Functions:1. Market bank products to individuals and firms, promoting bank services that may meet customer's needs.2. Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans.3. Meet applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.4. Works with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals.5. Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as other services.
