About This Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Analyst to join our Business Operations team and go-to-market team. The role of this individual is vital in developing and supporting the project’s production and market strategy. Key responsibilities include the execution of a B2B customer/partner outreach plan, daily analyses to validate the business needs and providing accurate data to support the strategy and business decisions. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for standard business development tasks, such as analysis of new business opportunities, and supporting strong relationships.

Responsibilities Include

Support the creation of business strategies and models to inform production and operational planning. Conduct complex market and economic research and analysis to identify consumer trends, new business opportunities, potential partnerships, and forecast to support various business strategies. Support the execution of a comprehensive B2B customer/partner outreach plan Support strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive long-term revenue growth. Collaborate with the Business Operations and Growth teams (and other cross-functional teams) to align business development efforts with overall growth strategies. Assist with the development of sales presentations, proposals. Support the achievement of established revenue targets and other key performance metrics.

Who We Are Seeking

Required Work Experience

7+ years of working as a Business System Analyst on mid to large business building projects Expertise in conducting complex market research Demonstrated success in the creation of compelling business cases and revenue generating activities Experience in B2B and enterprise sales required Experience in micromobility, shared mobility, or related industries preferred

Required Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience MBA preferred

Desired Skills

Demonstrated history of adherence to ethical standards and professionalism Start-up environment experience is beneficial Knowledge of micromobility vehicles, delivery platforms, shared vehicle subscriptions, and parcel delivery solutions Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients and partners Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment Willingness to travel as needed for networking events, conferences, and trade shows, and business activities, etc.
