This is an entry-level position with training provided, making it a perfect opportunity for those looking to start their career in the landscape/irrigation and erosion control field. We specialize in private, utility, and public works projects.Key Requirements:Must be organized, detail-oriented, and hardworking.Strong interest in the landscape/irrigation and erosion control industry.Daily commute to our office in Murrieta, CA.Motivated and eager to learn and advance in the position.Proficient in Windows, Adobe, Excel, and Word.Proficient phone skills.Responsibilities:As a Junior Estimator/Project Assistant, you will play a vital role in our company's success by:Reviewing plan rooms to find prospective bids.Sending requests for quotes to vendors.Entering basic bid information into an estimate.Assisting with erosion control, irrigation, and planting submittals.Answering phone calls.Providing support to the lead estimator and project manager.BenefitsMonthly health insurance reimbursement5 paid sick days4 paid holidaysNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
