📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Treasury Management Sales Manager is responsible for the Treasury Management sales activities of the company including development of the new Treasury Management business, expansion of existing business relationships, and providing oversight for the servicing of Treasury Management customers. The individual is responsible for development of business plans including marketing strategies and sales objectives.Develops sales strategies to drive new Treasury Management revenue growth and retention of existing portfolioPrepares and attains annual sales and expense budgetsLeads and manages Treasury Management Sales Team; provides coaching and development to achieve goals and objectivesAct as a liaison between Treasury Management customers, sales staff and bank operational support staff and provides assistance to ensure Treasury Management customer service needs are satisfiedBuilds and maintains internal relationships with commercial, retails and other line of business teamsDevelops and maintains ongoing Treasury Management training for Treasury Management sales staff and bank employeesManages personal sales production goals, business development and portfolio managementRecommends new products/services or modifications to ensure customer functional needs and service requirements are metQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational experience5-7 years Treasury Management experience, 5-7 years managing a sales team, proven sales success in the industryPreferred: Certified Treasury Professional
