Job descriptionAmerican Precast Industries is a state-of-the-art indoor precast manufacturing facility that currently produces the Redi-Rock Retaining Wall System, Novum Retaining Walls, Recon Light Pole Bases, and Pole Base line of products. We produce indoors to ensure quality control, and so that our products can meet or outlast the life expectancy of each project they are used on. We serve the Western NY, Western PA, Eastern Ohio, and Northern WV areas but we are willing to sell to customers anywhere.American Precast Industries has an immediate need to increase our Sales Team. If you are a confident and highly motivated individual looking for a great sales opportunity with growth potential, come join our Sales team at American Precast! We are seeking an energetic and entrepreneurial Sales Assistant to market our Precast Products to businesses in Pennsylvania and surrounding states. Applicants must submit to a background check. Sales experience is preferred but not required for this position.
Customer Facing Primary Duties:Identify LeadsContact ProspectsMake SalesAssist in managing the current book of business.
Position Responsibilities:Must have reliable transportation/clean driving recordSelf-motivated, self-managing, and driven to plan and execute rigorous lead-generation activitiesStrong work ethic and ability to self-manageConduct lead generations via tele-sales, online bid rooms, and email marketingIntroduce products & services provided by American Precast IndustriesMaintain & document all leads and cold calls using our CRM systemFollow up on all leads, provide pricing, and prepare quotes as neededEngage customers to build effective long-term business relationshipsDistribute marketing materials to prospects as neededEfficiently manage prospect pipeline to produce the maximum amount of resultsCreate marketing campaigns around targeted verticalsAbility to proactively manage schedule and pipeline to meet milestones, goals, and quotas
