WANTED: An On-Site Project Manager - Matrix Organization. This position requires someone with a Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible). This position is in the Pentagon, Arlington, VA.

A week in the life of an On-Site Project Manager - Matrix Organization:

Lead a team transitioning into a matrix organization.Team provides program protection products to defend our S&T developmental efforts.Balance tasks between 5 task managers, as many as 20 product leads including our prime staff and 2 subcontractorsAccept and prioritize tasking from 7 Government customers and our operations lead.Manage resource allocation, delivery dates and product quality.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related subjectPMP Certification is strongly desired.15 Years of professional experience in Project/Program management experience is a must have. (A background in a technology area, Intelligence and/or law enforcement is a nice to have.)Experience with MS ProjectExperience with a matrix organization.Top Secret Clearance with SCI-Eligibility

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $200,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
